1. Screening of enzyme producing microorganisms, production and purification of enzymes and applications.

2. Screening of lactic acid bacteria as probiotic and bacteriocin producers and applications.

3. Application of enzymes to produce value added products from agro-industrial wastes.

4. Management of agro-industry factories with cleaner technology.

1. Isolation of lipase producing microorganisms and application for biodiesel production and wax ester synthesis.

2. Isolation of lactic acid bacteria as probiotic and producing bacteriocin from mangrove forest and applications.

3. Screening of cellulase producing bacteria for oil separation from palm oil mill wastewater.

4. Calculation of carbon foot print and water footprint of palm oil mill.

5. Screening for violacein producing bacteria and application.

6. Prevention of mold growth on para rubber wood.
