AGRO Video For Academic Audience

Faculty of Agro-Industry (FAI) at Prince of Songkla University (PSU) is a premier education and research unit in Thailand. Agro-Industry is consisted of Food Technology, Biotechnology, Material Technology and Agro-Industry Technology Management. It also houses Nutraceutical and functional Food R&D Center (NFFRDC) and Palm oil Products and Technology Research Center (POPTEC) whose mission is to enhance multidisciplinary research groups in respective areas.

FAI also has development as strong extension service program to small and large agro-Industry enterprise on technical service. The Agro-Industry Development Center for Export (ADCET) is a unique technical service provider linking the local industry and faculty members to offer specialized consultations research and sample testing service.

FAI is forturate to have Thailand's top scientists in Food Technology, Palm Technology, and research other areas. It's research output is top of the nation in Agro-industry and top scientists in the Country. Some of our faculty national awards include.

Through outstanding leadership, FAI strives toward research excellence, service excellence and ranked as out of the top degree programs that provide graduates who are most employed. Our proud history and current stony research mission offer the opportunity to gradute students to study in 7 cornerstones. These are seafood, cereal, fruits and vegetables, Halal foods, Palm oil, nutraeauticals and functional foods, food safety, and biopolymers.
